The terms and conditions for the booking of new flats/shops/garages and other spaces in the project NEER 1. The purchasers who intend to make bookings shall have to make the payment of the consideration amount in the following manner a)On Booking 20% b)On completion of piling work 20% c)On casting of RCC floors 20% d)On completion of brick work 20% e)On completion of flat 10% f)At the time of registration of Sale Deed 10% 2. That the developer shall hand over a set of documents containing Title Deed, Tax bills, Sanction Plan, Development Agrement, Power of Attorney and other relavent documents to intending purchase after booking of flats/shops/garages and other spaces in the project upon payment of charge of Rs. 500/- 3.That if upon verification of the documents, the intending purchasers are satisfied with the title of the vendors and the plan of the projects. the developer shall enter into the Agreement of sales with the intending purchase. 4.That if the intending purchasers are not satisfied with the documents of the project, their booking shall be cancelled and the booking amound shall be refunded to them. 5.That if any purchasers fail to pay the consideration amount in termsof the aforesaid Agreement for saleat any stage, his Agreement shall be treated as cancelled and amount equal to 20% of the earnest/advance amount whatsoever paid till date till date shall be deducted/forfeited and the balance amountshall be refunded to him six equal installments, The purchaser shall have no right to complain on this account. 6.The GST and TDS shall be applicable as per the law of land.
